Clyde&Co IP group will be co-hosting a seminar with US firm McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff (MBHB) in conjunction with I-HUB at Imperial College in White City. The event will cover patenting and IP protection in the USA, including current best practices. The UK part of the seminar will consider inventor compensation for patents of outstanding benefit to the inventor's employer in light of a recent Supreme Court decision. The talks will be followed by drinks.
